Medically oriented fitness programming designed by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, rather than a personal trainers with nothing more than a certification.
A thorough evaluation, similar to that of a physical therapy session, of your strengths, deficits, and medical history will be completed so that you can rest assured that all your previous injuries are accounted for and that no new injuries will occur.

Just like a physical therapy visit, at your wellness visits you will work one on one with a doctor of physical therapy.

Prior to starting a wellness program a thorough evaluation is performed to identify weaknesses, deficits, and areas of vulnerability.​

An evaluation of your body mechanics, individual muscle strength, flexibility, range of motion, and joint mobility will be performed during this evaluation.
